For the mid-sized production site in the greater Bautzen area, we are looking for a
Head of HR Germany (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the smooth execution of all operational and strategic HR matters at the site with approx. 450 employees
- Promotion and implementation of new concepts in employee motivation, development, retention, and health with the overarching goal of strengthening the company culture
- Constructive and trustful cooperation with the works council and other social partners
- Introduction and implementation of global HR initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, guidelines, and procedures within the HR function
- Development of the personnel budget with relevant stakeholders and accountability for adherence to it
Your Profile
- Degree in Human Resources Management or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of broad-based HR experience in a manufacturing company, ideally with corporate environment exposure
- Solid knowledge of labor law and social security regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- An open, proactive personality with strong listening skills
- Interpersonal sensitivity and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all areas of the business while contributing to a positive company culture
- Fluent German and English skills (both written and spoken)
- Ideally, experience in a collective bargaining environment
